Heartland Pro Bono Council provides pro bono attorneys to eligible clients for civil cases only. Heartland does not handle criminal cases, criminal appeals or Post Conviction Relief cases.

Eligibility

Income eligibility will be determined at intake. Income guidelines are 125% of federal poverty guidelines.
