Services of the Heartland Pro Bono Council
Heartland Pro Bono Council provides pro bono attorneys to eligible clients for civil cases only. Heartland does not handle criminal cases, criminal appeals or post conviction Relief cases.
Heartland can also help you on your family law case (filing for divorce or filing for a modification in child support, parenting time or child custody).
Heartland can direct you to workshops that will help you fill out the forms if you cannot afford an attorney and choose to represent yourself.

Eligibility
Income eligibility guidelines will be determined and are generally 125-150% of the federal poverty guidelines.
